Testimonials - Happy Customers - Cardiff - Hamwoods Floor Sanding

As a shop owner the restoration of the floor at my premises had to be done out of hours. It was a big job to complete in such a small window, but the Hamwoods team pulled it off with time to spare. They sanded and sealed two floors to a standard that would have taken some contractors days to achieve. I was delighted when I opened up the next morning to be welcomed by a magnificent transformation of my old floor. The finish is perfect and I am so glad I got Hamwoods to do the work, every customer who comes into the shop comments on how beautiful the floor is. Thanks again guys.

I had several quotes that day but Rob from Hamwoods was very friendly and patient in helping us to decide what was the best floor to suit our preference and price range. He seemed like he really cared about our needs and ensured confidence with our choice. That’s why we chose to go with Rob and the team, and the work speaks for itself. Thank you very much Hamwoods for an immaculate job well done.

Hamwoods have left my home revitalised and full of life. They fitted a new solid oak floor, skirting boards, architraves, doors and door frames which they handmade on site to my amazement. I love waking up in the morning and walking downstairs to see the difference their work has made to my home, it really is unbelievable and I can’t thank them enough. I’ve already recommended Hamwoods to friends who were more than impressed by the transformation of my house.

Hamwoods did an amazing job, they where punctual, very hard working and extremely professional. They turned an abused old floor into something quite beautiful. I would recommend them to anybody who wants a craftsman like finish.

Rob was recommended to us by a neighbour after I’d said how impressed I was with his work. We'd moved into a new build property and had always been disappointed in the quality of the flooring. Our previous house was a 1930’s semi and we'd always wanted to replicate the original parquet floor. What we now have is so much better than we had hoped for, so much so that we called Rob back to lay the floor to our new orangery. We found Rob great to work with in terms of ideas and the quality of his work is excellent. Once he starts a job he’s committed to it, sometimes working late into the evening to meet a deadline. I’ve recommended Rob to friends and family as I’m confident that he’ll always produce work to the highest standard.
